Located in this 277-acre beautifully landscaped complex two miles east of downtown Dallas, is the Smirnoff Music Centre, Cotton Bowl Stadium, The Science Place, Dallas Aquarium, Centennial Hall, Omnimax Theater, Hall of State, The Texas Discovery Garden (formerly the Civic Garden Center), Age of Steam Railroad Exhibit, Museum of Natural History, Music Hall, Fair Park Coliseum, Video Association of Dallas, exhibit buildings, and amusement ride midway. Featured at the park is the largest collection of 1930s Art Deco-style architecture, the Leonhardt Lagoon, Texas Vietnam Memorial and Smith Fountain, and the Texas Star Ferris wheel. The Texas Star Ferris wheel is the tallest Ferris wheel in North America at 212 feet.
